Dr. Arati genuinely listens to your issues patiently and prescribes effective and easy to follow treatment for whatever your issue might be. She even adjusts your treatment as the days pass (if needed) to ensure your issues are taken care off - based on what personally works for you as opposed to a generic treatment that might not necessarily be enough. It's been 3 days since I've been on her treatment and I already feel much better. She is also very considerate about all your follow up questions and concerns. I genuinely thank Practo for connecting me to such an amazing dentist who I'm sure I wouldn't have found if not for this platform. However, my only complaint is with the glitch practo seems to be experiencing. I fixed the appointment on 18.5.21 thru Practo and also consulted the doctor as scheduled. But despite consultation Practo app shows the consultation as it never happened and has also refunded my consultation fee. Something appears to be wrong with Practo app. I do not know whether others also have had the same experience. But I am highly satisfied as the doctor not only stuck to the appointment but also made follow up calls through WhatsApp and video. I 10/10 recommend Dr. Arati for all your dental issues and I can't wait for the pandemic situation to come under control so I can go visit her in person and help me long term. :)

Dr. Raju Srinivas is a Highly Experienced Dentist. When I visited, I needed Two implants and two Root canals and several ceramic cappings. After my implants I was on semi-solid diet for 3-4 days but after that I am all good. Dr. Raju's treatment made me realise that no matter the cost, the modern dental treatments are **** ********* *** helpful. I am yet to get my artificial crown on my implants, after which I shall post an updated review about how it went. So far the treatments have been really smooth and I feeling very good about choosing Dr. Raju as my family dentist.

The doctor is available and accessible at all times of the day, over phone, at the clinic or even over WhatsApp. Clinic facilities are clean, hygienic and sophisticated. Cost of treatment is however slightly expensive and above average.

Dr Raju is ********* ******* *** experienced at what he does- and he ensures doing it with perfection. He is also patient and explains why a certain damage happened, how he's going to restore etc- he answered all my questions through the treatment. You're in safe hands if you're treated by him.

I always visit Dr. Raju for any dental related problems for me and my family members, and every time the experience is very satisfactory. Dr. Raju explains the health issue in detail and provides exact treatment and fixes the same in first treatment itself which avoids followup visits.

Dr. Raju is a professional. He treats patients with utmost care and gives personal attention to the smallest details and makes the patient feel comfortable and welcome. I feel very very SAFE in his hands. He does everything almost painlessly , which is a very difficult thing to do in a DENTAL procedure.

Appreciate the timeliness, cleanliness and courteousness. Treatment was less painful and was futuristic in nature. This speaks volumes of the experience and knowledge of the doctor.
